This project has a strong
pedestrian orientation with its network of paths connecting to adjacent
uses. A large common open space serves as the focus for community
gatherings. By placing most of the cars behind or under buildings,
each unit is oriented to the common open space or path network. The
33 units include both stacked flats and live work units. |
