This new 18-acre pedestrian-oriented neighborhood is situated on a hillside above the Historic Lynwood Center. The project will include new shops with housing above to complement the existing Tudor style building across the street. The upper neighborhood features a variety of housing types and an extensive network of trails and open spaces linking the hillside community to the shopping street below.
