Wenzlau Architects, as a consultant to Van Meter Williams Pollack, was responsible for establishing the building types and block patterns for this mixed use district. The solution is based upon a series of courtyard buildings, which provide increased density, a variety of open spaces and building character consistent with the Winslow Master Plan.
