Project Architect/Designer – 5 to 7 years experience



Wenzlau Architects is a Bainbridge Island based architectural firm with a wide focus on multi-scaled Residential, Commercial, Multi-family, and Mixed Use Projects. Our current work includes projects on Bainbridge, in Poulsbo, Bremerton, Seattle, and in Kitsap County.  Our small size and collaborative work environment makes each staff member integral to our success and allows a broad range of involvement in projects.  We have a fun and friendly work environment and are looking for an architect to join our team.

Qualifications:
The following credentials, experience and skills would be ideal for this position:

 

• Bachelor of Architecture degree or higher, with 5+ years architectural work experience

• Proficiency in Revit a must

• Proficiency with 3D applications and rendering software such as Lumion well as Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Indesign)

• Interior Design experience a plus.

• Basic understanding of IBC, IRC & WSEC, with focus on multifamily, mixed use, commercial and institutional occupancies a plus.

• Sustainability: knowledge/experience with Living Building Challenge, Passivhaus and/or LEED protocols ideal.
