Pleasant Beach Village, a new 16 acre mixed use neighborhood, was conceived as an extension of the historic Lynwood Center shopping district. The project includes new retail streetscape at the Marketplace which is connected to a variety of housing types and open spaces.  The project serves as an example of how new mixed use projects can be integrated into the existing neighborhood.
