This project examines how to create a pedestrian lane serving a narrow site. The lane is framed by a large portal creating an inviting gateway into the site. The housing types include live-work facing the frontage, townhouses along the lane, and courtyard units at the rear. All of the parking is carefully tucked out of sight.
